IMMIGRATION RALLIES ON THE WESTERN SLOPE
Monday's rallies weren't limited to the Front Range. We have coverage of
events in Glenwood Springs and Carbondale. From Telluride, employers talk
about how reliant the resort community is on immigrant labor. [LISTEN]
CAPITAL COVERAGE
There are only a couple of weeks left in this year's state legislative session.
When it started, Governor Owens called for financial reform of the state's
public employee's pension plan. The so-called PERA crisis is also being
closely watched by thousands of public employees. Daniel Costello reports
that the numerous parties to the negotiations have moved much closer together,
but a final compromise has not yet been reached. [LISTEN]
