FT. CARSON COMBAT VETS RE-ENLIST BY THE HUNDREDS
Think that one or two combat tours in Iraq would make most soldiers want
to get out of the Army as quickly as possible? Think again. Nationwide,
two out of three eligible soldiers are reenlisting. Last week, 640 soldiers
re-upped in a mass ceremony at Ft. Carson. [LISTEN]

It's over. The Colorado General Assembly wrapped up its four-month annual
legislative session late Monday night, two days early. Although much of
the day was taken up with end-of-session rituals, a number of final votes
were taken. Daniel Costello reports from Denver. [LISTEN]
DEMOCRATIC STATEHOUSE CANDIDATES RALLY IN COLORADO SPRINGS
Now that the legislative session is over, campaigns for House and Senate
seats in next years session are going into full swing. Democrats may control
the house and senate for now, but they're still the minority in El Paso
County. We talk with El Paso County Democrats running for the state house.

SALIDA STUDENTS GET THE CHANCE TO MARCH TO A DIFFERENT DRUMMER
For teachers, getting kids excited about learning, especially at this time
of year, can often be challenging. But in Salida, schools have invited a
Colorado musician who uses innovative technology plus an interdisciplinary
approach to education to spark kids' interest. Shanna Lewis reports from
